Where are your products made?

All products are handmade in Whatitiri, Northland, using safe, gentle ingredients and durable natural materials.

Do you ship throughout New Zealand?

Yes. Orders ship nationwide from Northland. Shipping costs are confirmed by email and include the correct NZPost or CourierPost rate for your location, including any rural surcharge.

How long will my order take to process?

Most orders are prepared within one to two days. You will receive an email with your total and payment details before delivery.

Do you offer rural delivery?

Yes. Rural addresses incur the standard NZPost surcharge. This will be included in your emailed total.

Can I pick up my order?

Pickup can be arranged locally by contacting us before ordering. Cash on pickup is available.

Are the products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. The Sensitive Dog Shampoo Bar and Nose Balm are made without fragrance and use gentle ingredients suitable for delicate skin.

What ingredients do you use in the balms?

Ingredients include shea butter, coconut oil, beeswax and calendula or chamomile, depending on the product. All ingredients are listed on the product page and packaging.

What materials are used in your toys?

Cat and dog toys are made from natural cotton rope and safe materials. Each toy is hand tied, so small variations may occur.

Do you take custom requests?

Simple variations such as colour preferences for rope toys can be included in the “Additional notes” section of the order form.
